How to Order
Click on the "buy" button at any jewelry item to activate the shopping cart. You can charge your purchase via Paypal (the first "check out" option), or call me at 816-358-6152 with your Visa or Mastercard information and I'll process it at this end via P ropay. (Please don't send your credit card information in an unsecured email.) If you prefer to pay by check, you may also use the "Send Order" button to contact me. Or just send me an old-fashioned email and tell me you want to send me money. :-) |

re shipping to a different address If you want to ship to a different address than your billing address, please send me an email! A very kind person pointed out that the order form does not include this provision. Just tell me you want your items to go to a different address. And thank you! |

New - Introducing FREE Shipping! I'm introducing FREE shipping! Since I do most site work by hand, I may have missed an item or two - if you're charged shipping when you order just let me know and I'll refund your shipping pronto. Note that the free shipping is USPS First Class with delivery confirmation and extends to every U.S. address. At present I'm afraid I can't offer the same option to my international customers though I will keep it as low-cost as possible. But if you order and give me an international address I will have to ask for additional $$ for shipping - either Airmal Parcel Post with insurance or Global Express (costly but super reliable). (I cannot be responsible for packages which you request I mail without using insurance.) Every order will be confirmed by phone or email before shipping. If the item you ordered is in stock, this will be within 1-2 business days. If it's out of stock I'll notify you immediately in case you want to make any changes in your order. If it's custom work, it may take a week to ten days. In either event I'll keep you promptly advised. Gift Certificates Gift certificates are available at your request. Wholesale Please contact me to discuss complete wholesale terms. Return Policy We think you'll be pleased at the quality, craftsmanship and durability of our work. If for any reason you aren't happy with it, just return the item within two weeks in original condition and we'll replace it or promptly refund the purchase price minus original shipping costs.
