I just read an article on <a href=\"http:\/\/www.grindtv.com\/outdoor\/outposts\/post\/solar-bike-path-tested-netherlands\/\" title=\"solar bike path that generates electricity\" target=\"_blank\"><b>GrindTV &#8211; via Yahoo<\/b><\/a> that highlights the development of roadways that <b><i>generate<\/i><\/b> electricity.  <\/p>\n<p>One movement is taking place in the Netherlands &#8211; they&#8217;re testing bike paths that are safe, well-lighted, and create electricity too.  And in the U.S., <a href=\"http:\/\/www.solarroadways.com\/intro.shtml\" title=\"Solar Roadways\" target=\"_blank\"><b>Solar Roadways<\/b><\/a> is building prototype roadways &#8211; and parking lots &#8211; that generate power. <\/p>\n<p>This is the direction we need to go &#8211; and it&#8217;s being developed even as we speak.
